Today let’s look at a safety issue in an electrical breaker panel discovered during a home inspection.  Such issues are commonly found in most homes.

The following was discovered:

Bonding bushing was missing in the main electric panel at the entry of service conductors at the knockout to keep grounding continuity. This is required per NEC per Section V of article 250.
