Hi Victor,

Thanks for the very thorough inspection you did on Saxon Glen Ct.  Unfortunately, we had to withdraw our offer due to a bad appraisal on the property.  However, we are close to having a signed contract (today I hope) on another property in Cinco Ranch.  When are you available to inspect that property?  I might want to fly down this time and observe..
